Office 365 admins: Learn how to secure your company files and email using the cloud-based Azure Rights Management.
- [Brian] Hi there, I'm Brian Culp and I've been teaching people about Microsoft products and applications since the days of Windows NT. In this course, we'll take a look at how Office 365 admins can secure cloud-based files used in an Office 365 tenant. The tool we'll use to accomplish this objective is called Azure Information Rights Management Service, or sometimes abbreviated as Azure RMS. This course explores Azure RMS by planning for an Azure RMS deployment, implementing information rights management, and then securing documents using cloud-based policies.
By the end of this course, you'll have a better grasp of the possibilities, the prerequisites, and the protections that Azure RMS offers to end users. More importantly, you'll be able to implement flexible, configurable security for your organization's important files, even if those files are not physically kept on site.
