- (Narrator) Welcome to this clip. Where we are going to walk through the Visual studio app center portal. And notice here that I'm logged in into app center.ms. And I can log in using my Azure ID credentials or GitHub credentials. In this case, I'm using the organizational identity. The same identity that I've been using in the previous chapters of this course. Once I have logged on, I'm able to now create a new application. Let's just go ahead and do that. So here I can provide the name of my application. I can say which release type it is. Is it an alpha release, a beta release. Now keep in mind that Visual Studio app center gives us capabilities around building, release and distribution of the applications. Of course, for this course, we are focused, as I said earlier on the diagnostics. So we're not going to be talking about all of the release types here. So I'm just going to pick beta.
