Join Joseph LeBlanc for an in-depth discussion in this video Using the exercise files, part of Up and Running with Cloud Storage APIs.
This course includes exercise files you can use to follow along. They are designed so you can jump into the code used for a specific video. The exercise files are organized by chapter. Each chapter has folders for each video. These are the videos for Chapter two. Each video has a Final folder and a Start folder. Chapters two and four also have a server folder, to use this server folder, copy it to your desktop. Then for each video, copy the app folder into the server folder. Finally, the first time you use the server folder, be sure to install the application dependencies.
You can do this on the command line. The is done using the npm install command. You only need to do this once per server folder, but you cannot use the same server folder for different chapters. With the exercise file structure in mind, you can now watch any video in this course and follow along.
