There's three processes we're going to talk about today, Scrum, a simple framework for effective team collaboration on complex products, Kanban, a technique for managing a software development process in a highly efficient way, and Agile, an approach that utilizes the collaborative effort of self-organizing, cross-functional teams. Let's start with Scrum. If you remember, Scrum is a simple framework for effective team collaboration on complex products. Some of the characteristics of Scrum are the plan. Plans start with a sprint, and usually a sprint has a duration of two weeks to one month, then during this duration remains consistent through all sprints in the project. A new sprint starts immediately on the conclusion of the previous sprint. The sprint goal is an objective set for the sprint.
