Restore Azure file shares
- [Instructor] The final lesson in this chapter is to show you how to restore the files and folders that were backed up using the new service, Azure FileShare Backup. As you can see, we are looking at the resource group that I created for this demo. We can see our AzureFileShare Recovery Services vault, and the storage account that contained our Share. In order to restore the files and folders, we need to select the Recovery Services vault. And then I'm simply going to select the backup items, which was one, and then the Backup Management Type, which is the Azure Storage Azure Files. That was that brand new service. Going to go ahead and select that. I can now go ahead and select the Fileshare that I'd like to restore. And we have two options. We can restore the Share, or we can restore just the file. Now, word of warning here. If I click into File Recovery, what you will notice is that after I select the restore point, I do not have a listing of the files and folders. And I think…
