- [Instructor] So considering performance with Azure machine learning is a pretty complex topic. We have to understand that the way in which our machine-learning-based applications are able to perform is really a function of the slowest component that's running. So keep in mind that performance is dependent on model execution, the ability for the data service to work properly, the performance of the platform, how we've tuned the models, security and governance of the systems, and then ultimately how we're dealing with specialized computing platforms like IoT and Edge-based computing. So keep in mind that there's a performance chain in dealing with your machine-learning-enabled application. You're dealing with the interface, the output, and ultimately the ability to leverage the model and the data from who's ever dealing with the interface.
