- [Narrator] Organizations are increasingly concerned about content security, data protection, and information classification. While securing the network is important, equally important is protecting your data. The ultimate goal of securing the infrastructure is to secure data. Azure Information Protection also known as AIP is a service from Microsoft Azure that provides a mechanism to protect, and classify sensitive content such as documents and emails. This is done by using labels and policies. As an example, when a user creates an email message, she may choose not to allow forwarding of the email. This allows email recipients to read the message, but not forward print or copy the contents.
