Create public and private distribution groups
- [Instructor] Create public and private distribution groups. There's different types of distribution groups in App Center that you're going to want to set up. You have private distribution groups, which in App Center means that the testers are invited via email and accesses their releases available to the group. Testers added to the group will get a notification they've been added. And then after a release, testers that were previously added to this group will receive a notification that they need to log in and access and download the new release. And we have public distribution groups. We must have these public, we must have distribution groups public to enable unauthenticated installs from public links. So it has to be part of a public distribution group. And during that process, it's going to ask you about public, private, and give you a name of your distribution group. And then we have the shared distribution groups.…
