- [Instructor] So now that we've confirmed that our two virtual machines are able to communicate with one another, I would like to create an Active Directory environment and then join the two virtual machines to the Active Directory. Now the obvious way to do this is to set up Microsoft Azure AD because after all Microsoft invented the Active Directory. But as a twist, you can also set up the Active Directory on AWS and have an Azure virtual machine join an Active Directory environment that's running on AWS so that's what I wanna do here. So as you can see I'm logged in to AWS and if I scroll down through the list of services, you'll notice that we have a section marked Security, Identity and Compliance. And within that section, I have an option for Directory Service. I'll go ahead and click that now. Now Amazon offers several different types of Directory Services that you can create, but one of those choices is a Microsoft Active Directory. If I scroll down a little bit, you can see…
