Configuring network security groups
- [Instructor] So now we've understood the working mechanism and use cases for network security groups. Let's now understand how to configure one. I'm here at the Microsoft Azure portal. I'll click the hamburger menu at the top left and then click all services. This shows a list of all Azure services group by category. I'll navigate to the networking category and then click network security groups. This shows all existing network security groups. Let's create a new network security group to be used with resources in the web tier. This includes web servers. To create a new one, I'll click add. I'll start by providing details such as the subscription and resource group name. If you do not have an existing resource group like me, use their create new option to provide a name for a new resource group.
