- [Narrator] A question I often get asked, is which solution is the best Azure or Amazon Web Services. There's no easy answer as each organization is different. So rather than give you my preferred supplier, let's take a look at some of the considerations when choosing a cloud service provider. Both Azure and AWS offer similar priced core services. It's difficult to compare costs as much depends on which extra services and products are purchased. Extra functionality typically incurs extra costs. And the services required by an enterprise will often dictate if Azure or AWS provides the best value. For example, when buying Azure this is inclusive of storage costs. Whereas, with AWS storage costs are an added extra. And if your specification requires Windows server or SQL Server licensing than Azure will be significantly cheaper than AWS.
