Azure scaling limits
- [Instructor] So when thinking about scaling on Azure, one important topic is talking about the limits that scaling can reach on the Azure platform. So we need to be aware of the platform limits and also from our subscription limits, so we need to plan our application taking in consideration all those limits. And for example, if we talk about virtual machines, we need to find out and we need to research what limits does our subscription has, and this will depend per subscription, per type of subscription, and even per customer, I have customers that might have an enterprise agreement subscription that can have 2,000 cores and others that can only have like 1,000 cores, so it really depends per customer. If you see that your limits are not high enough or your workloads, well, there are several things that you can do. The first one and probably the easier one, it will be just to open a support ticket for Microsoft and just explain that you need more cores of a specific virtual machine…
