Learn about adding a container registry in Microsoft Azure.
- [Instructor] Now it's time to set up…our Azure container registry.…The registry will be where we store our application images…prior to deployment.…To add a registry, we're going to click the new link…at the top left of the screen,…we're going to search for registry,…and click on Azure container registry.…Going to click create on the bottom left here.…Now we need to provide a name for our registry.…We're going to call it Docker Example.…See if that's happy, yup that works.…Now a little note on the name,…Docker will not be able to connect if the name…is not all lowercase so make sure…you make this all lowercase.…
Next we need to pick our resource group.…So we're going to use the same resource group…we created with our web app, Docker Example,…which is in the west US,…and we can leave the default storage account.…We will need a storage account for this to hold the images.…So let's click create.…We can see on the top right that our deployment…is in progress and now we can see…that our deployment succeeded.…
