- [Narrator] When you install AD Connect, you also get a bunch of tools along with it to modify the default synchronization behavior. I like to call them supporting tools, there are mainly four tools you need to know. First is the AD Connect wizard. This is a nifty little utility that lets you modify basic AD Connect settings after the installation, things like changing the sign and method or enabling a feature that wasn't enabled during the initial installation. So any piece of setting that you saw during the first installation and want to change it to something else later, this wizard can do that. This tool is one of those that is probably used the most frequently after implementing AD Connect. The next three tools are only needed for configuring advanced functionalities of AD Connect, majority of customers will probably not need them, but being aware of the fact that they exist and what they do is something everyone…
