- [Instructor] Now that we have a physical license file, we need something to translate it. This is where the license manager comes in handy. This actually turns whatever server you specify into a license server. In this video, I'd like to look at how to install and set up the license manager. Let's open a browser. I happen to be in Chrome. I'm going to browse to my Autodesk account. Let's sign in. Autodesk account. You might have to log in, I've already logged in so it's going to jump me right to my screen. Under Quick Links, let's go down to Network License Manager and click that. It doesn't bring you right to it. What it does is it brings you into the Autodesk Knowledge Network. Scroll down 'til you find download installation files from Autodesk. Scroll down a little bit more until you find the operating system that you're using. I happen to be using Windows, so I'll grab Autodesk Network License Manager for Windows. And again let's scroll down until we find the exact one we want…
