- [Instructor] We're staying in our ConvertingUnits.DWG file, and what we're going to have a little look at now is converting a drawing, once we've got all the units and everything set up the way we want it, into a template, so that we can use it over and over again. Now the DWT file format in AutoCAD allows you to create new drawings from that DWT file format. So the idea now is we're going to set this DWG file up as a DWT, and then open a new drawing from it. So in the previous videos we've set up our units, we've set up our scale list, we've made it all metric millimeters. So what we're going to do now is we're just going to create a simple ISO metric template. Not isometric projection, ISO, as in International Standards Organization, then the word "metric", then the word "template". So, we don't actually need our rectangle anymore. That can go.
