- [Instructor] So what should you know before you start this particular course in the library? Well, one of the things that you should know is a basic knowledge of AutoCAD. You should know the basic methodologies and terminologies that are used in AutoCAD on a day-to-day basis. Now if you don't know those, I really do suggest that you go and take the AutoCAD Essential Training courses in the library first so that you know your way around AutoCAD and you know what you should know for this particular course. This particular course ranges across 2D and 3D in AutoCAD, so you do need to have a reasonably good working knowledge of AutoCAD before you take this course. What you should also know is that this particular course is recorded using the latest version of AutoCAD, which is AutoCAD 2020, so the interface will be subtly different to older versions of AutoCAD, so just be aware of that.
