Using text fields
- [Voiceover] So we're staying in our 00_GND_FM_ANNOTATE.dwg file. What we're gonna to look at now is using some text fields to highlight and show our occupancy areas. So I'm staying with my room 02, the office, and if I zoom in here, you can see the space value, the space area value is 27.1 meters square. Now our occupancy areas take up this space here, and also this space here, so their areas are going to be different. So you'll notice, in the annotation panel here, and I've got the occupancy names model, text style current, so that's my occupancy names, so that's the names that are going against these particular ones here. Now that's fine, what I could do is, I could obviously create a new text style if I wanted to called occupancy areas. So lets do that first, so I'm just gonna jump in here, text styles, and I'm gonna set it all up to be exactly the same. So I'm just gonna click on new, and this ones going to be Occ and then areas, same as what I've got, you'll notice, in the list…
