Using object snaps

- [Voiceover] We're staying in our 00_GND_FM_SPACES.dwg file, and as you can see, we've got the polylines still there, and we've got the GA drawing referenced in as our FP, facilities plan, so we're gonna look at utilizing our object snaps now to start creating these polylines that represent our spaces in the drawings themselves. Now, the first thing we need to do is make sure that we're using the right object snaps, and that they are switched on. This means a trip down to the status bar down here. Click on the little fly-out arrow next to object snaps. Now, you can see there that I've got five object snaps switched on all the time. They are Endpoint, Midpoint, Center, Intersection, and Extension. Don't switch them all on because you will quite happily go insane, snapping to all and sundry in your facilities management drawing. Been there, done it, and got the T-shirt. Now, those five optimum snaps, you're running object snaps are fine for pretty much everything you need for creating…
