Using lineweight (LWT)

- [Voiceover] We're staying in the 00_GND_FM_AREAS drawing, and what we're going to look at now are lineweights, or LWT, as it's known in AutoCAD. Lineweights are another great way of highlighting your occupancy areas, your space areas, your room areas, and so on in your facilities management drawings. Now we know the layer of these particular polylines here, or occupancy areas, and it's the FM-OCC-AREAS layer. So go to the Home tab on the ribbon, go to the Layers panel here, and go into your Layer Properties. So there's our FM-OCC-AREAS layer right there, and you can see that the lineweight at the moment is the default lineweight, so it's all the same lineweight on the drawing. If you click on the word Default, you can change the lineweight of your FM-OCC-AREAS layer. I'm gonna scroll down, and I'm gonna give that a lineweight of say 0.5 millimeters. I'm gonna okay that, and can you see it updates there in the Layer Properties Manager, so I'll just close the Layer Properties Manager…
