- [Instructor] We're now in another AutoCAD tip and trick from Lynda.com. And what we're going to look at is the Match Properties command or match prop. Now you'll notice that we've got a new drawing open for you. And you'll notice we've got various objects in there. You can download the drawing from your Lynda.com exercise files to follow along with the video if you need to, as well. Now, as usual I've got a really simple drawing to demonstrate the technique of match properties rather than confuse your with a massively busy construction drawing, or mechanical drawing. So we've got some fairly simple polygons, rectangles, circles, and there's a line here using the dash dot linetype. See the LT scale on that line is pretty big at the moment. We'll look at that in a moment in the video. So, match properties, how does match properties work?
