Use 3D Align to align a pedal with crank

- At this point, I'd like to put the pedal into the crank, but I can see that the shaft here on the end of the pedal is too large to fit into this hole that we have in the crank. I'm going to measure the distance by typing DI, Enter. I'll measure the distance across this opening. It turns out that's 12 millimeters in diameter. So, I'd like to resize this shaft over here to be the same size. But right now, the shaft is part of a solid object within that. To access the shaft individually, I'll hold down the Ctrl key, and then click on the cylinder, then use the scale tool and scale this from the centerpoint here, and now, I have the ability to scale that independently. I'll use the reference option, and the reference length will start in the same place, so I'll type @, Enter. And then, I'll specify the existing radius value here, and then, I'll type in six, Enter, to specify the new radius, and the scale tool is complete. Next, turn off the red layer. Type lay off, and turn that off…
