- [Instructor] We're staying in our OFFICE_Reception Area.rvt file and we're in the detail of 01 Parapet Detail view. You can see that in the portrait browser over here on the right hand side. And you'll recognize the parapet detail obviously as I explained in the previous video. Now annotation and text in Revit is defined by system families. So if I go and select a piece of text let's go for G.I. Flashing here like so. Soon as I select it what you'll notice is I've got the ability to modify the text notes up here on the ribbon everything goes green and you get a Modify contextual tab like you do with every other object in a Revit project. And you'll see that you've got some pretty cool tools there actually. You've got the leader panel, the alignment panel. You've also got check spelling, find replace but you've also got some really cool editing tools here as well.
