Join Shaun Bryant for an in-depth discussion in this video Syncing your settings, part of Optimizing Your AutoCAD Desktop to Go Mobile.
- One of the tricks when you're optimizing…your AutoCAD desktop to go mobile,…is to make sure you've got the right drawing…stored in your A360 Drive account.…Now, when you look at the screen here,…you can see that I've got one of the…exercise files available at the top of the screen, there.…It's 02-03 Syncing Settings.dwg.…Now, what I've done in my AutoCAD options,…and this is AutoCAD for your desktop, your regular AutoCAD.…What you've done is you've set your settings in…the A360 tab here on the ribbon.…
So we've got Sync My Settings switched…on in my A360 Drive settings.…So whatever happens to this drawing,…it will get synchronized back to the A360 Drive.…But more importantly, I've actually saved this file to…the A360 Drive as well, and I've done that by way of…adding it to the local synchronization folder.…So if I go over here now, and click here,…you'll see in the folder that there's an…02-03 Synchronizing Settings.dwg.…
If I just come down a little bit, you can see these .dwl…files as well, they're saying that the drawing is locked…
