Spelling
- [Instructor] There's now no excuse in AutoCAD when you're using text for bad spelling. There is a spell check available and you can use it on either your single line text, or your multi-line text. Let's have a look at multi-line text first and yes, we're still in the 03_UsingText.dwg file, I've just saved it as we've gone along. So there's my multi-line text there, I double click on it like so, and that highlights the text and brings up the Text Editor tab on the ribbon. Now the nice thing is, is I can now deliberately spell something incorrectly. So let's spell, dimensions with two m's like that, automatically, AutoCAD picks up on the fact that it's bad spelling and puts a red dash line underneath it, and you'll notice we have a spelling option here in the Text Editor tab on the ribbon. So if I now select Spell Check and click on it like so, it'll actually do a spell check for me. Now, you'll notice that all it does is a spell check. Like so, so if I do that, it just highlights it…
