Setting up the GPU in the Windows OS for Inventor

- [Instructor] In this particular chapter, we're going to take a look at configuring your GPU, your graphics processing unit in Autodesk inventor. I've got Autodesk inventor professional 2021 open, and we have a file open in inventor called CPUfan.IPT, you can download that IPT file from the library to follow along with the videos in this chapter. Now, funnily enough, there is a CPU fan, a central processing unit fan that you might find in a desktop PC that you might be using. And as you can see graphically, my AMD Radeon Pro Graphics card, my GPU handles this particular fan really, really well. Let me just hold down shift and the middle mouse wheel and just do a little bit of an orbit for you. And you can see there how the lighting and the shading is kicking in there on the CPU fan.
