Setting up the GPU in the Windows OS for AutoCAD

- [Instructor] We're starting a new chapter now, and we're going to take a little look at how we configure our graphics processing unit, our GPU with AutoCAD. We're running AutoCAD 2021. And we've got a small drawing for you. It's a little 3D object in a drawing, a little plate with some holes in it. And the drawing is called Plate.dwg. So you can download that from the library, open it up in AutoCAD and use it to follow along with the videos in this chapter accordingly. Now you'll notice when you open up the Plate.dwg file, that we're in the Southwest isometric view over here on the view cube, that corner there like so. And also we're in a realistic visual style there too. And you'll see that the plate itself is on a layer called Plate in the DWG file.
