Sending drawings via email

In most applications if you need to email the file you're working on, you first need to save the file then launch your email application then navigate to and attach the file and then send. Using auto cad we can email our current drawing without ever leaving the application. In this lesson, we'll email a drawing from within auto cad. On my screen, I have a drawing that represents a mechanical part. Let's say the client just called, and he'd like me to email the most current version of this file. To do that, I'll move up and open the Application menu, I'll come down to Publish, and I'll select Email. This launch is my default email application, it then saves the autocadd drawing and automatically adds it as an attachment. At this point I can add my client's email address, I'll enter a subject, and a brief message. When I'm finished, I'll click send.
