Revolve profiles

- [Instructor] Next up are the caps that exist on the bottom and the top of the head tube. The caps have rotational symmetry, so my strategy is going to be different. I'm going to create a profile shape and then I'll revolve that around the central axis to generate the surface. First, let's draw the profile shape. And we need to draw that in the correct plane. Right now the red green plane is tilted up, and it's leftover from when we created the head tube. I'm going to tilt that back by typing UCS, enter, X, enter, minus 90, enter. So now, this is flat on the ground if you will. So now let's go ahead and sketch in a profile, but before we do, we need the layer to accommodate that, because I want this to be on a different layer than the frame. I'll make a new layer called Caps, and I'll make that green. And then I'll set that current by double clicking on the parallelogram over here. So now we have a green checkbox next to Caps. I'll go ahead and draw a polyline, PL enter, and I'll…
