Open drawings
- [Instructor] In the previous video, I showed you how to open up an AutoCAD Electrical project. That was our wddemo project, which you can now see is open, over there on the left in the project manager. What I did in the previous video is I expanded the schematic subfolder. So if I just minimize that again, there's the schematic subfolder, click on the plus sign, expand it. You can see there's numerous drawings available in the wddemo project. Now in the library, what you would normally do if you're following along with this particular chapter is download the demo folder that's provided in the exercise files and you want the whole folder with all of the files and all of the drawings in it. Then when you open up the project using the WDP file, you use that WDP file from that folder. Now the benefit you have there is AutoCAD Electrical will go, oh, there's that folder, there's that WDP file, and it will automatically look in that folder where the WDP file is for your drawings, and…
