- [Narrator] You'll also want to consider numbering your wires in your schematic drawings in AutoCAD Electrical, so once again, we're still in our DEMO10.dwg file and you can see I'm still at the point where we added the rung to the ladder. So let's just roll back on the wheel on the mouse a little bit, pan down and then we'll zoom on in any wires that you may have placed towards the top of the ladder. I've got one wire left here, for example, and you can see the wire gap jumping the rung there, 1001. Now, if we want to number our wires, we need to go to the Schematic tab on the ribbon and into the Insert Wires/Wire Numbers panel here. If I click on this fly-out here, there's Wire Numbers there, for example. So what this does is it inserts wire numbers as specified in the drawing properties. So if I click on Wire Numbers now, you can see that I can tag or retag all and I can do this project wide, I can pick individual wires, I can do it drawing wide, so it's entirely up to you which…
