Mirror the frame and belt-tensioning components
- [Instructor] Now that all the frame elements are done, it's time to mirror them around to the other side so that we can have a complete bicycle frame. Before we do that, let's turn off all the 2D layers. Let's click on the 2D filter here and then right click on it and choose Visibility Off. Now I'd like to set up the UCS so that I can mirror this around. Normally mirror is something that takes place in the XY plane. I'll type UCS Enter, X Enter Enter. So now the XY plane is setup so that I can mirror this around and flip it around the Y axis so it appears on the grid opposite side. Before I can actually mirror this though we also have to move the origin point of the UCS itself. We can do that in this way by clicking on the UCS icon and then positioning the cursor over the square grip and choosing Move Origin Only. Then zoom in here on this bracket and snap that origin point to this location right here at the end point of the frame itself. Now we can verify that that is indeed the…
