Managing your occupancy

- [Voiceover] So I'm staying in the zero zero ground FM dot dwg file, and in the previous video we talked about how we used occupancy in our AutoCAD drawings for facilities management. Now how do we manage that occupancy? Well what we need to do is we need to develop a symbol and an attribute and put them in an AutoCAD block, as I mentioned in the previous video, to represent our occupants of our rooms, our spaces and so on. And how do we manage that? Well, what we do is we'd probably go to something like the layout tab down here. Now you'll notice I've got a viewport there, showing an overall view of the building of that floor, the ground FM floor. And what you'd probably do is insert something like a table and annotate the occupancy information in this space here. Now if I go to the annotate tab on the ribbon and look at something like managing my space or possibly my areas, if I come up here to tables like this, you'll notice there is a space table already loaded as a table style…
