Labeling all projected drawings - AutoCAD Tutorial

Labeling all projected drawings
- It's time to label all of the projections. Some of them were automatically labeled, such as this section, and this detail. Others, we're going to have to label manually. I noticed that we're using two different kinds of scales. Here we have the imperial scale. Six inches equals one foot. And then over here, we have the scale 1:2. We probably shouldn't mix these two systems, so let's pick one and stick with it. I think in this case, I'll just use scale 1:2. Come to think of it, a scale of six inches equals one foot is the same as saying the scale is 1:2. I'll select this detail, edit the view, and change the scale to 1:2. OK. Over here, it says scale three inches equals one foot. We can change that, too. Edit, View, so instead of using three inches, we'll say it's 1:4. Now I'm going to copy this text and place it underneath this drawing. This is in the same scale as this. Double-click, highlight the text here, and just say FRAME DETAIL. Close text editor. Copy, and label this one…
