Grip editing

- [Instructor] Once again, we're staying in our Modifying Objects.dwg file, and as you can see I've left it in the same state as it was at the end of the last video. I'm hoping that you're just saving the drawing each time and moving on to each video as we go through this Chapter. We're going to have a look now at Grip Editing, so I'm going to zoom in on the green rectangle here. And the rectangle is made up of individual lines as you can see. So if I hover each one is an individual line segment. If I select one of the lines, you'll notice it's got three Grips. One at each end and one on the midpoint of the line. So I can click on a grip now, like so, make it a Hot Grip, and I can drag this line anywhere I want it to go. So if I go to say, the midpoint snap of the original line and hit Escape, to deselect the line, you can see I've halved the length of the line.
