- [Narrator] So far we've learned how to get the entity data lists. We've learned how we can associate or identify a specific dotted pair in that list. We've also seen how we can substitute one value for another in that list. How do we though, apply those changes back to the object? We use another LISP function ... Called ENTMOD. ENTMOD needs to have the data associated or applied to it from the new list. We simply say we want to modify this entity data that's associated to this entity data list. Let's first go ahead and get our entity data lists, and get a better understanding of what's stored there again, remind ourselves. We're going to select, make sure I pick an object here, select the line. And then the end result here is an entity data list. So notice when we apply the modifications to this entity data list, there's entity data name, or entity name right there. It knows the specific object we're updating.
