Extrude closed polyline walls

- [Instructor] Now that we have the elevations and sections at the proper elevation, it's time to start generating the walls. So I'd like to figure out how high the walls need to be. We have that information in the form of this elevation right over here. So I'm just going to navigate and take a look at this. So this column here represents the height of the first floor walls. I'm going to draw in a temporary line on the dash wall layer, right here. This represents the height of the first floor walls. Now I'd like to isolate that layer. I'll type layiso, enter. And then click on this line and press enter. And zoom out. You'll see that this layer contains all of the poly lines that we generated in an earlier video when we used the boundary command. These poly lines will act as the profile curves that we will extrude. So let's go over to the extrude command here on the home tab. And then select all of the poly lines. Enter. And then you can dynamically extrude that up or down, depending…
