- [Narrator] Once again, we're in our WD Demo Project and we're in Drawing Demo 02. One of the really cool features in AutoCAD Electrical is the ability to import and export data to spreadsheets. So what we're going to do in this particular video is export all of our data out to a known spreadsheet. In the next video, we're going to edit that spreadsheet and then we're going to bring those details back into our AutoCAD Electrical drawing. Now I'm going to work with drawing demo02.dwg on this particular exercise over the next two videos. So we're in the import export data tab on the ribbon. And what I want to do now is export out to a spreadsheet. So I'm going to go to the export panel, click on to spreadsheet, I'm going to select components and click on okay. Now what we're going to do is do component data export for the active drawing.
