Editing hatch patterns

After creating what you thought was the perfect Hatch Pattern, later on you may change your mind. Fortunately, making changes to Hatch is very easy because the workflow for creating and editing Hatch is identical. Let's take a look. On my screen, I have a drawing that represents a landscaping plan. Since we are going to be talking about editing Hatch; I would like to create some Hatch first that way we know how it was created. I would like to Hatch these large trees. To do that, I will launch the Hatch command and then I will click once inside each tree and I will press Enter to accept the default pattern.

Now that we have some Hatch, let's make some changes. To edit Hatch, all you have to do is select it. Notice that AutoCAD is viewing all three of these trees as a single pattern. We can use this to our advantage, because any settings changes that we make will be applied to each tree. Also notice that when you select the Hatch, AutoCAD brings up the familiar Hatch Sett...
