Editing exported space table data in Excel
- [Voiceover] In the previous video, we looked at exporting out our space table data to a comma delimited limited file, a csv file. Now that csv file can be opened up in things like Microsoft Excel, and can be edited accordingly, and saved back as an Excel xls file as well. What I've done is I've opened up Excel in the background here. I'll just bring it in now, and there's Excel there, and there's our space table .csv file. This is the data that's come out. Now if you just expand these fields, can you see, space table. There's the title of our space table, space number, space use, space area. I'll just expand these fields by double clicking on the columns and there's all the information. Can you see BlockSPNumber? And obviously it doesn't bring the numbers of the blocks through. It doesn't bring the attributes through. It just brings the block name through in this case, but that can obviously be edited later on if need be.
