Draft multiple cross sections - AutoCAD Tutorial

Draft multiple cross sections
- [Instructor] Let's turn our attention to this part of the bicycle. This is called the rear triangle. In particular, let's work on this curved element. It's very complicated. Not only is it curved, but it diminishes in size across its length. And if you think about it, there's actually going to be two of these, right, because they're going to have to wrap around the rear wheel. So I'm going to approach the modeling process in stages. In the first stage, we'll draft a series of cross-sectional profiles, right here on the ground plane, where we find the rest of the sketches. And then in the second stage, in another video, we'll move those in 3D to establish the actual three-dimensional reality for these objects. So let's begin by drafting the cross-sections, which are all going to take the form of different size circles. Now, right now we have too much information on the screen. I'll go to the Home tab, go to Layers, and use Layer Isolate. And what I'd like to isolate, this Centerline…
