- [Instructor] In our last video, we created some data references or DREFs within a drawing. Now, at times you may have so many data shortcuts listed in your data shortcut project your users may not know which ones to reference. Or you may simply wanna organize them depending upon the phase of the project or the use of the data reference. Let's look at some options we have without our data shortcuts, its organization and its use. And to do this, we're simply going to open up a drawing that is 02-03 in our chapter two exercise folder. And we're gonna go to the prospector. I'm gonna scroll down. And we're going to confirm that our data shortcut project is set to chapter two. Now, if that's not set to chapter two, we can always right-click and make sure, of course, once the set working folder is set correctly that our data shortcut folder is chapter two.
