- [Instructor] And now that we have our project directory structure understood and kind of set up, let's go ahead and create some data shortcuts. Choose to share the information. Now, for the rest of the exercises, we're going to use WorkflowOne as described in our last video. Now, that doesn't mean it's a better work flow. I simply had to choose one for our samples and I felt that this was an easier one to use in this case. So, let's go ahead to our exercise files. And we're going to set our working folders. I'm gonna open up our exercise files. Or, exercise file for this video. Come to the Desktop, Exercise files, Ch02. And we're going to choose the O2-O1_SharingData drawing. I'm going to click Open. I'm going to open up this Civil 3D drawing, very similar to the drawing we were using just as a drawing base before.
