- Now that we have a Layout, let's go ahead and design a Titleblock. Before we start drawing, let's create a new Layer, called Titleblock, set that Layer current, and then click on the Lineweight and give it a thicker than normal Lineweight, say about 0.7mm. Draw a rectangle from the lower left corner of the sheet. You can't snap to that point, you just have to kind of estimate where that is, by clicking. And then you can specify the other corner point, by typing 36, Tab, 24, Enter. So this rectangle is on the outside edge of the paper. Let's offset it, inside, by a half an inch. Use Offset, type .5, Enter, and offset that in. Then, erase the outer rectangle. We don't need it anymore. Type x, for explode, Enter, and explode the rectangle, thus turning it into four separate lines. Offset, 3, Enter, click on this line, and then click on the left side, Enter. Repeat the offset command by pressing Enter, specify an offset distance of one, Enter. And offset the lower line up a couple of…
