Add a regular drawing to a project file

- [Instructor] When you're working in your WD Demo project, for example, there will always come that time when you need to add a regular AutoCAD drawing to your AutoCAD Electrical project. Now what that will mean is that particular drawing won't have those attributes and titleblock and things like that that are AutoCAD Electrical specific. We're just adding a regular DWG file. Now, I'm going to show you how to do this because it's really quick and easy and it allows you to add regular drawings that can then be linked to your AutoCAD Electrical project. Now, that might sound really complicated. It's not complicated. All you're doing is you're bringing a regular AutoCAD drawing into an AutoCAD Electrical project and making sure it works in the project. It's actually quicker to do than it is for me to talk about.
