211 Annotation: Using fields to occupy table data cells

- [Instructor] In this particular tips and tricks video for AutoCAD, we're going to be looking at placing some field data from our drawing into a cell in an AutoCAD table. Now we've got a drawing for you. It's called 211 Annotation Fields .DWG. You can see the name of it there in the title bar at the top of your AutoCAD screen. You can download the drawing from the library to follow along with the tips and tricks video as usual. Now, when you do open up the drawing, make sure you're in the ISO A3 landscape layout temp. Bottom left corner of the screen, you can see it there. Because you want to be in the layout because that's where your table is. There's your table. Right there, like so. And we're going to occupy these two cells here. This one and this one with some field data from what is displayed in the viewport here. So there's our viewport right there, like so. Now, what we're going to do is simply use field beta. Now field beta is incredibly useful. What it allows you to do is…
