- [Instructor] Using on-screen tools can speed up design process a little by allowing you to see the component information from the line simply by hovering over it. You don't actually have to query the line and look at the properties. This is done simply by using the native AutoCAD rollover menus. Let's take a quick look at how to set that up. So let's open our piping model, 01_07_PIPING, and I want you take a look, just by rolling over, you'll see that some information pops up here. It's giving us the Layer, we can see the Spec, the Size, the Tag and the Line Number. And we're going to do the same for equipment. You'll see we have the equipment Tag and we have the Layer. And I'm just going to pick a valve here and let's look at the properties there. Now we're seeing the pipeline Inline Asset, we're seeing Layer 200, we're seeing the Spec, the Size, the Tag, the Line Number, and the Pressure Class.
