When we're using plant 3D we have the option to add information to our drawing files that can be used to generate drawing lists and populate our title blocks. Now that we've reorganized all our files in our project, let's take a look on how to add some additional data to our drawing files and discuss the benefits of using this method to update our title blocks over traditional methods. So let's go into out plant 3D drawings. And take a look at the files that we created here. So let's take a look at our equipment, 0401 equipment underscore A. Now I'm going to right click and I'm going to look at the properties. Now you can see the drawing title is still showing 0401 equipment. So, I'm going to modify that and add A. That's just the title. If I want to change the number to something different I could change it to 0401 dash E Q dash plant underscore A. So that could be the way the drawings are numbered.
