- Now you've seen that our project data is stored in the Project location. We also have an alternate location to store data that's applicable only to the individual deliverables or drawings in our project. So we have to understand the difference between the project properties and the drawing properties and where to find and modify each. Let's take a quick look. So let's open our project, Open, Desktop, EXERECISE FILES, Chapter 01, Project.xml. Now let's look at our Project Settings. I'm going to come down to our Project Details, and I want you to take a look at what we see here. All the items that you see are specific to the entire project. So regardless of what drawings or deliverables that we've produced inside this project, they're all going to contain the same Project description, the same Project number.
