- [Instructor] Once a project's been created and all the customization is in place, it's a good practice to lock the project down so that others who are working in the project can't make modifications to your setup. Any changes that are made in error or without proper training could really impact your project in a negative way. We can prevent access by following these steps. So let's locate our projects chapter three in Windows. So go to desktop, exercise files and let's open chapter three. So we want to look for our project symbol style drawing. Now we've talked at this file a few times in the lesson already saying that we cannot rename, delete, modify or purge this file and the reason is this is the file that contains all the information about the project.
